MISSIONASSURANCE
Strategic Imperative
The modern threat landscape is targeting all aspects of our society and demands a level of security-readiness that far exceeds baseline industry norms. Disruptions don’t merely inconvenience operations; they jeopardize national security, public safety, economic stability, and regulatory standing.
Mission Assurance Sets THE Standard in Private Security and Threat Readiness
In a security landscape where the stakes are higher than ever, Mission Assurance is redefining what it means to be truly prepared. While most private security firms meet only the minimum state-mandated training standards, Mission Assurance delivers over 120 hours of immersive, classroom-based instruction to each officer—nearly triple the Texas requirement.
This advanced training includes critical core proficiency in Antiterrorism, Active Shooter Response, Counter-Insider Threat Management, Tactical Medical Care, and Physical, Operations, and Communications Security. Mission Assurance equips its security professionals not only to deter threats, but to intervene with competence when lives are on the line.
“We don’t check boxes. We build protectors,” says Dean Ross, founder, owner, and Operations Chief of MissionAssurance. “When our clients face real-world threats, they deserve professionals who are tactically, physically and cognitively prepared—not just licensed.”
The company’s approach stems from a belief that minimum training equals maximum vulnerability. As incidents of workplace violence, insider threats, and terrorism evolve, so must the people tasked with stopping them. Mission Assurance takes pride in providing highly specialized instruction that rivals military-grade preparedness.
More Than a Service
MissionAssurance isn’t just a security firm—it’s a movement calling for reform and responsibility in the private security industry. With lives and livelihoods on the line, the company challenges businesses, institutions, and communities to ask themselves: Are you protected by someone who meets the standard—or someone who defines it?
The Risk of Minimal Compliance
Typical security providers fulfill only the minimum training required by the State of Texas—primarily online instruction totaling 45 hours. While this may meet licensure requirements, it does not prepare personnel to respond to coordinated attacks, insider threats, cyber-physical breaches, or large-scale emergencies.
Strategic Value
Regulatory Compliance: Highly trained teams better understand compliance frameworks.
Business Continuity: Professionalism and readiness directly reduce risk of long-term disruptions to mission.
Stakeholder Assurance: From investors to auditors to the public—confidence is currency.
